i use VNP norton to play the conquerors.
if i don't use it, i'm Fast proxy.

the problem is that sometimes 20% a 30 % of the games) , when i'm playing, after 10 min or longer, i'm dropped because i'm fast proxy.
is this a problem of the VPN service of norton? is it possible to fix this problem?

It's not recommended to use any VPN services. Please forward Voobly's NAT-T port 16000 UDP in your router and create a new DNAT rule that points to the local ip address of your computer. That will fix any FP issues you might have.
