to resume all
1/ fli ckering happen in 1080p only, no flikc ering in 1660x1000 resolution and below
2/ record and screenshot of the game fli ckering too (full screen only)
3/ fli ckering test is positive in Ms Paint and GIMP2 & negative in browser
4/ when i use iris softwar to reduce blue light to under 3000k the flic kering is gone but the screen is red lol

Your game resolution must be equal to your desktop resolution, else you will have those issues. Also consider running the diagnostic of your monitor, to make sure, it's not a hardware issue.
