Even tho I explicitly ticked it in the room Options "Start Game in Singleplayer", tried to renew the room but it still didn't work.
Is this intentional

Anticheat cannot be turned off for rated games. This is intentional to avoid players cheating in rated games. You need to turn off ratings in your game room and you should be fine.

If you are still having troble launching the game in single player mode, the issue is likely unrelated to NAT or anticheat and you may have a game or patch installation problem which can be fixed with a clean installation of the game. Please follow the steps mentioned here to perform a clean installation of the game:
