Asian Dynasties launch path error

Launch is not working for Asian Dynasties. I checked the path and it was correct
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age Of Empires 3\bin

I did basic troubleshooting. Restarted PC, reinstalled game. Still having issues. (See Attachment)

Please help!!!

From what you have explained, it seems that the game is not working offline either (outside Voobly). Before logging into Voobly, you need to ensure that your game is running fine.

If this is indeed the case, reinstalling the game from your steam client should fix the problem.
