can't launch the game voobly doesnt find it

hi
when I'm in the lobby and click to create a quick game, a winddows open and says it can't find it
It then offers to run diagnostic then says diagnostic is not supported for this game

Please search the following GUID in registry: {99797420-F5F5-11CF-9827-00A0241496C8}
Run > type "regedit" > run as administrator > CTRL + F to to search
