Some FP after changing modem's FW

Hi everyone and sorry for my bad english.
Yesterday I've change mi modem's (TECHNICOLOR TG582N) Fw for some wifi unstability. Now I have fp message with a lot of users (not all).
1) I'm connected with LAN
2) I've opened 16000 UDP Port
3) I've tried to open 16000 UDP and TCP, 27000 port, activated UPnp but nothing change.
4) Modem's Firewall is disabled, and Windows's Firewall is configured for voobly.
5) Same problem with wifi connection
6) I can't go back with the old Firmware

This is the message of diagnosis

Hello, you only need to open port UDP 16000. Remove everything you have and do it again please.


Disable Upnp and DMZ.

Hello again, can you please remove the TCP one. Only one you need is the UDP.

Are you sure you are in the Port Forwarding Section? Port Triggering is not Port Forwarding.

Could you kindly provide a screenshot of your port forwarding page?
Additionally please confirm that UPNP is disabled. Port forwarding does not work when UPNP is active.

Now i have disabled upnp and opened only udp port

Trigger port is not activate (there is a nulled value "-")

There is always the same problem. Maybe now is worse
