Hi,

Why it`s so hard to join as spec, so long to wait download, and sometimes not join to the game as spec, never like this before

Hi there, how is your internet speed? Wifi or ethernet? Also if the game takes forever to load, try this:

Other than that you may want to come to help room so we can check your ports and see if your network is working properly.

Hello Halleluya,

Could you please tell us which OS you running in your computer? There was an issue with the Windows Defender, which has been fixed with Windows 10 Version 1909.
Please check you are in the latest version.
