Settings will more or less be the same as before with 1v1 rounds, 2v2 rounds, 3v3/4v4 rounds. Other settings to be dicussed depending on how many are playing. The problem im having is i still dont know for sure about who is playing or how many so i can discuss with them any changes to the original settings. I also have some i would to discuss with in person as apposed to over the forums as i find it is the best way to get things sorted and i do appreciate it being hard this time of year to do that.

You guys are overestimating the interest in this. If you want to play a real TIW war then only Eot and Xcs will be able to deploy a team. I personally have 0 interest in playing any serious TIW war tournament if I have no chance of winning it at all and I am not motivated enough to bend my back trying to form a team.
If you dial down the level of ambition we can actually get some games going. Otherwise, it will just be a war between Xcs and Eot again.
Also you can form a team just with clan mates, nobody is forcing anybody to form hybrid teams.
In an ideal world yes I would like CS to be active with all the known faces so we can get a real TIW going but that is not what is up. Pump the breaks.
im missing the part where you cant form a team with andreas cena and some other top players and make a third strong team for this tournament to compete. As gary said every previous TIW theres basically always been three front runners. This time around there might be 3 possibly 4 top teams instead but if you are too interested in doing your idea of a 3 roster tournnament when we have a pretty big level of competition then I dont think I can change your mind.

Only few people wanted 5 roster lock. Tournament host & more wanted minimum 6/7 being fine.
well no matters how hard people try but there are only 2 actual teams which would outplay rest of teams(xcs and eot, no hard feelings, just bringing up facts) and idk if you noticed but few (and left) known and strong players are only interested in the roster-lock-thing so... We have two options which are shortly explained as: quality or quantity...
Also, xCs seems more interested if it's roster lock which means its only Eot and few others interested on no-roster-lock
