Can't join game although entered i can see him hosting in ubuntu wine.

I have shifted to ubuntu from windows.
I know what it takes to successfully play a game in voobly.
Also, I can play in GameRanger but in case of voobly i end up getting connected.
Help me please.

The only version I found compatible is the Gold edition which Voobly unfortunately does not support.
