All tests passed but still FP

Hello,so I port forwarded my router to 16000 udp,i do the network diagnostics and and it says all tests passed, and I join a lobby and still get FP.I put an inbound and outbound rule with Voobly in the Firewall, still doesn't work.Here are my port forward settings, I did something wrong ?

WAN host ip address must be blank or 0.0.0.0
