I basically generated a blank map with 8 players.. when i launch that scenario it randomly places all 8 players anywhere on the map.. I tried to do team together feature and it wouldnt change anything and still the placing is completely random and messy.. is there any way to fix that?

Not without modding or using a grid system. Alternatively you could have preset locations and team detect triggers and then place people together with triggers.
