I want to change the hotkeys to switch between players while spectating since I don't have a numberpad and the fn-button is on the right side of my keyboard.

These hotkeys are fixed, you can't change them. However, if you hold shift and click on a building or unit of the player you're interested in, it will also switch the player perspective.
