From one day to the next this problem appeared to me and I can not install voobly, they can help me with this problem, I have not touched anything on my pc, I just happened from one moment to the other when I tried to go back to play.

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and perform a quick scan && a full system scan. Remove all found malware and reboot. That should fix the problem.
