I have AOE2HD on steam
Iv followed a youtube video to install voobly and aoe2tools
Create or join a lobby on voobly then entering a game i am receiving this message
Could not initialize graphics system. Make sure that your video card and driver are compatible with Direct Drive

restarted my computer...
I created and joined a game with AI in the new players lobby and i got into the game but it was zoomed in and wasn't wide screen tried changing in the in-game settings but nothing worked.

oh and no expansion-packs even though AOE2Tools has all 4 ticks.

Your desktop resolution must be set to your preferred wide resolution before you change in-game settings.
e.g. Change your desktop resolution to 1920x1080 then launch the game through Voobly and press F10 > Options > choose 1920x1080.
