How does one apply for and receive the Tournament Host role?

Tournament Host is a staff role. When VCOM is looking to add on new members, you can apply then.

Is every tournament admin who has the role hosting vcom tournaments?

I would like to continue hosting vcom tournaments 1 2 if i were to be allowed to.
