You need to first, make sure your recorded game is in this location :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age2HD\Voobly Mods\AOC\Data Mods\WololoKingdoms\SaveGame
After that, create your room, select the mod (WololoKingdoms) + 1.5 R7 Patch. Make sure NO ONE IS THERE with you in the room. Then select the recorded game you want to watch through the settings of the room. Launch. Enjoy.
