Download the patch and install it, but voobly keeps asking for the patch

Hi.

Download the compatibility patch here : [You must login to view link]

If you installed it manually and the problem still persists :

- Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age2HD

- Check if there is any folder called "New folder" .

-If there is, enter it and copy everything inside.

- Go back to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age2HD and paste what you copied.

- Open again the game diagnostics and check.

Sorry, I don´t understand in the instructions when you said that i have to copy everything in the new folder, what exactly do i have to copy in there, the compatibility patch installer or all the files in age2HD folder?. Thanks

you need to make sure your pc firewall allows voobly and the game through.

Hi.

I recently formated my PC and installed windows 10.

Now, I cant make voobly detect the "recent 1.0c compaibility pack".

Ive done the clean install on the link above TWICE (one following step by step, other trying the "manual mode", following steps 1-11 and etc).

Tryed also installing the files in another folder, and copying them all to the steam/aoe2hd~ folder, for no avail.

Voobly still does not detects the compability patch.

What can I do"

that happens to me to I don't know what to do I delete voobly and created a new account it still keeps saying to download it somewhone pls tell me how to fix this stupid think

what do you mean "copy everything inside" and how would i copy everything inside.?? i have the New Folder file problem and every time when i try installing the patch, it says that Age2HD is not detected, not sure if that the reason or if thats a different issue. pls help 11

Try to reboot your pc and then run the compatibility patch

Also remember to run voobly and the game as administrator

looks like we are having the same problem. i have windows 10 installed on my computer to. have been trying to install the game for 3 days and it still dosent work..
