Add europe and this is fine imo. Teams who dont want europe can veto it, but i think europe should be in simply because it is one of the most exciting games to spectate (at least, the europe games were last TIWs)

I cannot imagine watching 4 beginners on this map..

Dome isn't a skilled map wut?
If you wanted only skilled maps it would just be grave/dome/rcb/cba/euro.
However I still agree that dome shouldn't be in this as its too experience based for most new players to learn on the fly, same goes for graves. Europe should definitely not be in this if less played/not noob friendly maps are being removed.

It could also include Nova and AB, as simple maps to learn.
Dodgeball (both versions) should also be taken, in team games it work/fun.

If we mix the spots and dont do side by side Hidden civs can be really intresting. We can even switch the spots/civs the next game for it be fair.
If this doesnt happen in TIW, I would really like to see a tournament of this format. Dont need to know any mirror to play.

Sounds fair to me.
Make a new random tg map pack according to these guidelines and people will also play more bloods, restart the ladder and 14.
I also think RCb and CBA should appear same amount of times... they are played pretty equally in the lobby, if were basing it off activity.
