Does anyone face this problem when you enable advanced terrains the light grid doesn't show up?

Some visual mods may not work well with others. In your case since they are both terrain mods it is highly unlikely that the two can ever co-exist.

Furthermore, if you are having trouble with a specific mod, you should consider contacting the mod curator by posting your comment on the mod page instead.
