ı've problem. i enter the game room. when game started by host my voobly giving error. İts stuck little white screen. İt cant starting the game.

Make sure you got all your patches updated.
Try to allow Voobly + Age of Empires II through your Windows Firewall. Also, can you mention the name of your Antivirus ? Try to also enter to its panel, and allow Voobly + Age of Empires II in exceptions.
