I want to get a .hki file from [You must login to view link] to work.
Apparently the location [...]common\Age2HD works fine if NOT using the wololo kingdoms mod.
According to tutorials the file should be placed in [...]common\Age2HD\profiles. But that doesn't work either. I'm not certain if I chose the right version (AoC/FE/HD2.0) on the editor. I can't find any explanation to them.
Question 1: Where do I put the .hki file?
Question 2: Which version do I have to choose on the editor?
Thanks in advance!
AoC version
Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem.
The folder location you posted didn't exist. So I created it manually (I double checked if I got it all right). I placed the file in there and tried - without success.
One issue I forgot to mention was how to name the file. I tried
player0.hki
player1.hki
player-0.hki
player-1.hki
Any more thoughts on this?
player0.hki or player1.hki name should be used, but during WK installation it should create it.
For me the location is
user\app data\roaming\microsoft games\age of empires ii\voobly mods\aoc\data mods\wololokingdoms\
Also due to my several previous attempts to solve the issue there were up to player9.hki files in it and I had to name the file "player9.hki" - player0 and player1 did not work.
Thanks for helping me out!
