Idk why this happening ,,whether its patch 1.7 or not i cant find out, If anybody familiar with this issue of delayed start as soon as map loads plz tell.. Cant win games without moving early ! Shud i uninstall some mods etc?

Looks like you are referring to a particular CS map. Which one is it?

Problem with the delay happens when i play rcb and arabia,cz need early clicks

I used to have this delayed start back when I had Avast/avg free antivirus installed. Once I uninstalled it, the problem disappeared.

i am using AVG,, i dont wanna uninstall ,,is there any way to keep it and fix issue

You could try adding Voobly and AOC to the exception list of AVG. If that does not work, uninstall it.

If it works then you know for sure AVG is the culprit. You can then try to disable it when you login to Voobly.
