Hi, I just bought a platinum membership but some settings doesn't work, i want to put my own banner, but this banner not appear at all, and the url link just take me to voobly home page.

First i uploaded the ad in voobly clan, then i paste the url fron the picture and nothing happeds, then i use an external image but same.

There is a way to fix this?, this are the only two features that make a platinum mebership - platinum and this does not work.

Hi Troy, yes still the same behavior from the room, doesn't show the banner and the link does not work.

the image already was 468-60 in size.

My plan is to change that link,because im planning uploading in voobly Mods and use that one, but for the moment is from mega.

Hello, I think the issue is due to the download link. Try a normal / Voobly link . If you are waiting for the download to be in Voobly mod section then please wait.

I already tried a voobly link, but the same result, nothing happends here is the link:

Try to upload to a non-clan page, example to yours mod's upload. (example)

But why have to be an specific kind of link and just for mods, im really confused right now, its suppose to be any kind of link, im starting to get frustrated. It not suppose to work like that , whats the matter .

The client cannot handle https correctly.
