Voobly connection

hi my problem is that voobly disconnect every 10-15 minutes without losing my internet connection basically just voobly, already open ports, etc etc

Recently I found the solution to my problem installing Windscribe and I can play perfectly without disconnecting

So my question since I am not a specialist in this, what does this program do that allows me to play without disconnecting and is it possible to make some kind of configuration to avoid having to use this program?

a vpn bye passes all firewalls etc.
from options at the top of a lobby do the game and network diagnostics and show here. check your pc firewall and anti-virus allows the game/voobly through. check the ip you forward port 16000udp to is still the same.

as presumably you have been ok, whats changed? new isp, new pc, new operating system?

Ive do nothing, when i turn on Windscribe i play without any disconnection but when i turn it off i disconnect every 10-15 mins so is because the program that allow me to play perfectly.

Im basically posting this because im pretty sure many guys have same problem and since I'm not a technician i would like that you explain to me in a clear way why this program solves the problem and if there is any way through any configuration can that replace windscribe and with that solution help more people.

the configuration is to set up your system so it doesnt disconect.
are you playing from home or a net cafe? how long have you been having disconnects? are you on a shared ip? [ask your isp]
show the results, not just the result please.

i had the same problem, to avoid it, do alt+tab to lobby and continue.

i been disconnect since i start playing its just voobly as i already mentioned i can play without problem using Windscribe literally on everyting Steam, Gamranger/any other game so its just voobly my net is good not lag just this disconnect on voobly after min 20 but if i use Windscribe i can play with no problem i reopen this because i want to stream but windscribe take me off some mb so i cant stream on voobly... would be so nice if you guys could analyze Windscribe and then make a tutorial about what changes need to do because i have see this a common problem 1/4 post here say exactly the same they disconnect after min 20.

what your asking for is unlikely to happen as we have no active coder.
talk to your isp and see if you are on a shared net ip. if so you can get them to forward port 16000udp to your pc or get a static ip from them. set up forwarding on your router and see if that helps.
