Hola ! figuro para algunos fp , tengo NAT SIMETRICO realice lo siguiente:

1- abri puertos en mi router 16000 colocando internal ip (mi ip local ) y external ip (la ip web)
2- abri puertas de firewall entrada y salida
3- ip fija en ipv4 .
4- desactive firewall de router para que no controle los paquetes que se envian.
ya nose que mas hacer

donde dice que la IP externa puso 0.0.0.0 en los cuadros. aplicar / guardar. ver si los puertos se abren
eliminar la entrada ipv6.

no entiendo en la ip externa pongo todo cero y luego elimino ipv6?
