Unable to spec games

Im unable to spec games, games usually freeze after sometime.
Attached the voobly logs. Help me resolve this issue pls

The spectator server is unable to launch your game. It seems you are using a pirated version of the game. Please reinstall the game into its default directory and use the original game CD/ DVD to do so.
