my voobly crashes 1/3 times

for every game I play, voobly crashes twice as I join a game and it's very annoying. it's usually just a random occurrence, but it's very common and I usually expect it, but it's extremely annoying and it bothers other people as well as myself. why why why does it do this, let me know.

it usually just says right before the game is about to start "Age of Empires II has stopped working..."

I would suggest reinstalling the game again. If you are using the classic version, please follow the steps mentioned here to perform a clean installation of the game:

For HD, use the following link:
http://support.voobly.com/display/vkb/KB1054+Clean+installation+of+Aoe2HD+with+compatibility+patch

Make sure you follow the guide as is. If the problem persists, update this thread with your game diagnostic results.
