Still the same I see every one fp and my ports r fowarded

Your IP is 192.168.15.40, so you need to use this IP in your port forwarding rule.

Furthermore, you only need UDP forwarding (not TCP).

And don't forget to reserve this IP in your router for your computer, so it does not assign a new IP each time you reboot your device. Alternatively, you can also choose to setup a static IP on your computer.
