Hi, I would like to know if you can organize a league for CS TTF Short... So... I want to donate 30 usd to the champion but i don't know how it works and I expect some help from someone...

You mean as a Ladder like Khans League, or like VCOM where it's run as an event?

If you mean like a Ladder League in CS, then please wait for it to be listed on the next poll (example). If you mean like VCOM (an event of sorts), please post on the Tournament Suggestions Forum. If you have any other further questions, send me a message.
