I remember posting quite a few months ago. I'm happy with being banned and playing in MS it is slowly improving my game. And thank you Voobly for trying to address the NPL / inter problem. As per title, does the ban of NPL players really need to include those who are casual players and just noobs?. Whilst i'm not a mega noob, I see quite a few players in MS who are 11x-low 12x.

I can understand regularly high 12x 13x players who have played 100's of games being forced to move up. But NPL players with 10xx 11xx low 12xx ratings?.

Well... NPL is for new players, not for noobs. Those low rated players can play vs each other in MS, I don't see the problem.
