I am trying to install 999 taunts for age of empires II: TC. My game is installed through stream and I do not have a taunts folder in the stream file for aoe. I dl the 999 taunts through voobly and tried to place them into the voobly taunts folder to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

If automatic installation doesn't work, just create a "Taunts" folder in your HD installation folder and copy the files there.

Do you happen to know how to get the taunts to work in the game loading screen? None of my tauns work when I am in game loading just before starting the game. Thanks for your help.

Extract your "999 Taunts" in this location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Age2HD\resources\en\sound\taunt

okay i have added the 999 taunts into that folder among like 3 other folders however it does not work while in game loading screen and it also does not work when i launch a game through voobly
