Your friends account works on the same laptop that your account does not work,Is that correct.?
Thats strange ,did you restart the computer after reinstal?

What exactly happens when you start voobly does the game browser not open?
Can you see the game lobby example MS siege lobby?
Open this link with your default browser:
http://www.voobly.com/games/lobby/64 and see on the top right which account you are logged in as and try to open the lobby from there, this could be a browser issue.

no, I opened my account and put on my laptop.
oddly enough my account can be opened with my laptop on my friend but when I play in my own home my account can not open a browser game.
My house and my friend's house using the same package with the same internet router ZTE f609.

Ok i understand it opens with your friends internet connection but not on yours.
Try the following switch off the router for 1min and switch off the computer and then switch on router and switch on computer.
