I am not from tech dept. But since no one has replied here i would just suggest you to reinstall your game again and make sure the copy of the game from where your installing is not corrupted.
Always install games soft etc in C: Drive by default.
And try to get English copy of the game if you already don't have it. You can also download the patch from here [You must login to view link].

Search at google about an English copy path.

when you choose your game file target (directory) like C:program files/warcraft III , make sure that your typing using english language.
Well its even better if u leave it at where the installer wants.
