R6 Rogue Spear - Installation Issues

Have followed all steps of installation but have 2 recurring issues:
1) When I run the game through voobly it says the RS205 patch isnt installed but it deifnitely is,
2) When I run the game in single player mode the cursor disappears off screen not allowing me to progress passed the main menu
Can anybody help please?
