The rules were obviously not clear in the thread but its pretty clear what is meant.

XceL knew that we couldn't register a player listed for qualifiers because we had discussed Kuvvy being previously registered by Dv8.

Well it was obvious xcel knew the rules, they just wanted to get their own way so krasic had a scream and stomped his feet to get his own way.
