Do we still follow the 'veto rule' Damian and I made?

I post this here just to make sure so Damian can confirm it, only dates are changed;

"Map lists gonna be posted to Army on 14th of June.(by both teams)
Vetos will be used till 18st of June. After this date any vetos or map changes ain't possible.
After 18st of June, saved vetos only can be used on random rounds."

Ok guys here are the picks ive still to get spots and civs confirmed by 7th but im sure you both want to know what we have so far. I will share dv8/xcel civs and spots once i have 7ths. So if you could make it clear any vetos you want to use and any changes you wish to make before the 18th. Any remaining vetos after this date can only be used for random deciders. yes ive had that pointed out so need another pick or a change in colours unless dv8/xcel are happy enough with the colours
