Should it be one day tourney or not ? 1v1 - 2v2 ? what do you think ?
Yes and in AoK this is very good in my opinion! I'd like to roll out more AoK DM tournaments to be announced in January. I'd like to ask also what we (VCOM/Voobly) can do in terms of prizes. Can we add any subscriptions as prizes or do we have to get clearance from someone (who?) first? Is there any monetary budget for VCOM to give cash prizes at all or if this something volenteers provide when possible?
One way to get all players involved is to scale prizes in various ways that gives anyone a chance to get something. I'd like to create several various tournaments with different formats and sections and begin to provide various incentives to play in Voobly often (use ratings to gain access into master level tournaments with cash prizes for example, offer more Voobly memberships as prizes), and begin to encourage clan making and clan competition tournaments. To grow AoK DM specifically we need to both 1)get players playing it on Voobly reguarly 2) get clan forming again 3) get a dedicated forum and community for AoK DM. That appears is lacking to me (First was MFO/MSN Zone, then GameNoob/MSN Zone, then both of those went away and was there a replacement forum before MSN Zone shut down? How about now with Voobly?). Voobly can provide a one stop place for the community- forum(s) and playing site. Is there a way we can recreate the AoK Voobly forum section to be set up more like how MFO used to be (including how you could post games and rename them to easily find in your saved game folder)? I'd be interested in speaking with someone about that more...
I'd like to help get AoK DM tournaments going. I'd like to encourage the existing AoK DM community to stop playing on GameRanger and play exclusively on Voobly. I don't understand why they do now, Voobly is 100% better than GameRanger and is most like old MSN Zone to me. I want to get this changed as soon as possible.
Speaking of Voobly memberships, I see that Silver is $25/year. Who do I speak with about membership levels and pricing? I'd like to see if we can get a lower membership level at like $10/$12/year ("bronze" or something...). I think getting people on memberships will be a great way to encourage people to play on Voobly, but $25/year as the lowest membership is a little steep to me, we need a lower level available in my opinion.

Was there anything within my post that needed to be kept from the public eye? I may have went off track from DM tournament ideas specifically but over all I thought it was within the frame work of building up the DM community.
I think it's always better to be speaking within the public eye than in private whenever possible and I'm not sure why you think I needed to speak those things in private.
What type of 2v2 tournament would you be interested in specifically? AoC or AoK? Any particular maps, civilizations, ect?
