Dropping Rules

• If a player disconnects, the game will be resumed.
• If the game cannot be resumed we will try to view the recorded game. If one team was going to win without any doubt they will be awarded the win. If there was no obvious winner then the game will be replayed with the same civilisations and spots.
• If the same player constantly disconnects, their team will forfeit and the other team will progress to the next round unless a replacement can be found. The replacement cannot have played for another team.

Break Rules [new rule]

• Every team has the right to take a 10-15 minute break between each round if they want to, however not between the individual matches of the semifinals, 3rd place and finals.
• If a team wants to take a break that exceeds these 15 minutes, either the other team has to agree or it has to be an emergency.

Language Rules [new rule]

• Discrimination in any form is not tolerated. A violation of this rule will result in a reduced amount of rewarded points for this tournament or even in a disqualification for future events. Keep in mind that there are official rules related to this concern.
• Simple trash talk is allowed since it has always been part of competitive activities such as sports or games. Keeping it to a minimum would be nice though.
