First of all, I want to say that in general we had a nice tourney. Even though there were only 6 participating teams, the matches had high quality cause of all the good players that entered.
However, the finals were a complete mess and Blake and me had to take some hard decisions. I know not all of you will be happy with those decisions, but as tournament hosts we have to stay objective in those situations. I hope you will understand that.
Leaving the finals aside, Im looking forward to see more tourneys with a lot of good players like that in the future
Now to the results:
We arent having a winning team because both teams did not obey the rules. One player of team Brazil A went afk for 18 minutes (for no actual reason) after the first match of the finals had been played which made their team basically incomplete and not able to play. However, team Diet Mountain Dew did not want to wait at all and left too soon. Also, one player of that team offended the other team in a discriminating way during match 1 and we dont want to see discrimination among countries on voobly. Therefore action has been taken against that player.
Thats why place two is split between both teams. [dv8]_Vezir_ will be awared 12 points in the tournament ladder. Kuvvy will be awared 12 points in the tournament ladder. [Eot_]PlayMoB1L will be awared 12 points in the tournament ladder. _Archangel_ will be awared 12 points in the tournament ladder. [Eot_]Pla1BoY will be awared 12 points in the tournament ladder. [7th]Like_Gg___ will gain no points in the tournament ladder due to discrimination. We dont want to see this in the future!
After both teams couldnt schedule their games within a week, team BRB will get the 3rd place since their team was still complete and able to play for the 3rd place Aegrod__ will be awared 8 points in the tournament ladder. Eddy_1 will be awared 8 points in the tournament ladder. [xCs]Rontgen will be awared 8 points in the tournament ladder.

Would it have been better if he referred to them as people from a less economically developed country? Is calling Britain or America a first world country racism? Are you actually aware what racism is? This is discrimination at worst (although it really isn't, it's just fact), and throwing around the word 'racism' in cases when it is not racism is damaging and ignorant, just like when muslims use the term racism to refer to islamophobia. Shame on you.
If you want to ban him from your tournaments or award him no points for stating a fact, that is up to you, it is your tournament. However, using the term racism to describe something that is NOT racism is wrong and damaging.
1) Your picture is from the cold war from 1975, so congratulations for your great education in the 1st world country britain 11. Brazil is not a 3rd World country anymore.
2) We are making a point here. Some trashtalk is fine, its part of the game. But calling brazilian players "****ing 3rd world" is simply a no go and not only because its simply incorrect.
