I work weekends, I prefer during the week if thats not possible then i can do Friday early afternoon or Sunday night my time (CDT GMT -5)

Yes I agree, but it seems they have a conflict because they can´t play during the week and can´t play during the weekend. And when I propose friday afternoon there is very little response.
