Today is the last day to play this Round. If one team hasn't shown up to play, then that team will forfeit.

AST (under Arabia Standard Time on the converter) = +3 This is the one I've been using. According to you it's the correct one. It's indeed confusing because there are 3 AST timezones listed.

Team RazuGoat will move on to the Semi-Finals.

The other team seems to have players that are afk and not showing a lot of effort to schedule, show up and play.
