Tournament Info:
This Tournament will be played by ' Single Elimination Round ' for all matches, but Finals will be only ' Best of 3 Rounds ' (Bo3).
All matches will be hosted and playable in VCom-AoC (CS) Tournaments Lounge only and also you have to switch and play on CS - Tournament Ladder only (Mandatory).
This Tournament is exclusively made only for Indian Players and anyone who accept the rules stated on below shall play this event.
Sign-Ups will be available and open for all (Indians) on or before 3'hours when the actual tourney starts.
(Sign-Ups started now so you have to Sign in on this Thread.)
All participants must Sign in Up on atleast 5 min before start time to be entered in the Brackets. so, Players who do not sign in time will not be entered in the brackets list.
( Note : Tournament players brackets list will be displayed on just before 5 min when the tourney time starts up. )

All Spectators are welcomed and allowed to watch this entire Tournament event. so, every contestants must and should allow them to watch your matches also they're the only your manifest evidence.
All Live Streamers are heartily welcomed for broadcast this events. If anyone of them who were interested to do, then please contact the tourney incharge.
Terms & Conditions
Dropping
•If a player disconnects (or) drops while in game, the Tournament council will first review it•
If the loser is dropping (and it's clear he's losing), then the other person will move on and the dropped will be Disqualified.
If the player who disconnected is obviously winning means, the match will be replayed. If the game is tied and no winner/loser can be shown, the game will be replayed.
If the same player disconnects twice in the same Matchup, then he will forfeit and the other player will progress to the next round.
(Note : All aspects, plus others not listed, will be analyzed before making a decision by tournament runners and others as they see fit.)
Deleting
•No deleting of razes what so ever ,deleting will result in Disqualification•
You may not delete any building that you start off with with the exception of the back gate near your villager spawn.
You may only delete the back gate when it is clear you don't need it, and it is clear that your enemy is not going to attack it. You may not delete this gate if it is obvious that your enemy is going to attack it.
You may only delete castles for additional building space purpose only.
You may not delete partially constructed buildings for any reason if they are being attacked or it's obvious they are going to be attacked for a ' Quick razing '.
(Note : All other cheap attempts to take away a razing opportunity by deleting will be reviewed by the Tournament council and punishment may take place as a result in Disqualify.)
Camping
No camping in castles is permitted. Using the castles as an extra source of attack if you are being rushed is permitted. Camping in the castles because an enemy has razed and you are at a disadvantage is not allowed.
Third Party Tools
The use of any third party tool is prohibited. Examples are, but not limited to: Modified game files, syncers, crashers, network throttling devices (purposely lagging programs), and other such tools. Violation of this rule will not only result in disqualification from tournament, but termination/punishment as the Voobly staff team seems fit.
Misc
This Tournament will be organized by Indian Committee VCom organizing crew.

You may only play on your account, and may only enter the tournament with one account. This also includes playing for someone else if your account was eliminated. Failure to follow this rule will result in disqualification of all involved accounts.
You will have ten minutes to report to your first round game, or you will receive a lost and be eliminated from the tournament. You are also expected to play future rounds as soon as possible. Both issues may be extended at the tournament mods' discretion.
Any use of a map bug, known or not known, will result in disqualification from tournament. You have been warned.
All matches (stats) links must be recorded and uploaded in the appropriate thread given by the Indian Committee Tournament Mods before advancing to the next round there will be NO exceptions.
Any rule can be added/modified at any time as seen fit by a VCom Tournament mods. This rule exists to stop and punish potential exploitation of loopholes in current rules.

Since 2nd october is holiday you can short the time 1-2 hours back in my opinion. Also I will see whether any streamer is active or not. Other promotional activities after announcement.

well we have powers to see aka's we will ask players to stay online in Cs lobby as well as tournament lobby and if someone is caught having aka then we will not allow him to play in the tourney..........is this idea good?

1. Regarding Awards/Puntos/Premium
if we get Indian ladder rox or if we have CS - Tournaments ladder either way (But 1st Preference to Indian Ladder)
Whenever i am or anyone hosting an Indian tourney
if we get at-least 16 players or teams = give tournaments puntos
32 players or teams = premium (Just for One Month Not more) and puntos
64 players or teams = Awards Premium and Puntos
2. Regarding continental tourneys
We gonna host 1 day tourney not Long events like weeks or biweekly or months or longer.. btw
if 1 day tourney is successful only then we think of long events later
3. Verify who is american, Indian, European
We will have 100% solution for that without any prob
4. Indian ladder
If we get that at the earliest possible only then its possible for me encourage for Indians remain on Voobly regularly than any other aoc Client like GR , Garena , Hamachi etc...
By this system you could host several indian tournaments in the time between open events and not have indians going way ahead due to more chances. To give you a better picture, the cba 2v2 gave 20 points to the winner.

One indian tour every 2 months till we decide if we can get an indian ladder.
As long as indian only tournaments get less than open tournaments get.
