Or can wait me few minutes before tournament because i go to home from my work between 6:15 - 6:30pm CLST

I would rather you put your suggestion down as 6:30 (CEST 23:30) instead of requesting that they wait for you. Things might easily get miscommunicated. It's also strongly advised that players show up at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. So maybe it's best if you suggest Midnight (12am for CEST), so you have time to show up a bit earlier and to gather your team.
