I am available to play at the following times (all in utc -3):
Saturday (20th): 9am – 3pm
Sunday (21st): 9am — 5pm and 11pm – 1am
Monday – Friday (22nd – 26th): 8pm – 1am

I assume we all post our available times and play where they overlap?

Yes, it would be a pain for me to post all your timezones as well as your names. What you have is just fine.

Just post the date/time you're available and your timezone. I tried to match up everybody's games with similar timezones. Some teams are a bit off, but there is nothing I can do about that.

Saturday Sunday: 3pm to 3am Indian Standard time
Monday-Fri: 9 pm to 5 am

India Standard time is UTC + 5.5? Just want to confirm as that's different from the UTC +4 posted previously.

So far, it looks like we have a good window on Saturday or Sunday.

I propose that we play on Sunday the 21st at:
UTC +5.5 : 7:30pm
UTC +2 : 4:00pm
UTC -4 : 10:00am
UTC -3 : 11:00 am

During the week I work a full time job. When I become available M-F is about when BlackkDeath becomes unavailable. It's possible we could play in the one-hour window around 7pm (-3) / 4:30am (+5.5), but a weekend time would be much easier it looks so far.

Suggest a date and time. Then have everybody else post to see if they agree. If that date and time isn't ok for them, then they should suggest a new one. If you only post your availability and nobody is suggesting a date and time, you will never get around to scheduling the match.

Sorry if it wasn't clear, that is one date and time. I posted it in everyone's home time zone thinking that would help everyone.

This weekend until Monday does not suit some of our players.
The most preferable time for us would be towards the end of the week.
I can play every weekday after 17 GMT+2 to 0100 GMT+2.

0100 (+ 2) is the absolute earliest I could play on a weekday. That's 7pm for me ( -3 ).

Can we plan on Wednesday the 24th at 1:30 am (+ 2)?

That would be
5:00am ( + 5.5) for Blackkdeath
7:30 pm ( - 4) for me
8:30 pm ( -3) for RAGHNAR
