I've decided its time we started getting more serious about rules in CS tournaments.

I'm putting my foot down. Eot_ are banned for one tournament. I've also added a number of rules relating to how sign ups are handled.
  • When you sign up with a team, you may not change from that team.
  • If you sign up with someone who is not in the lobby, you will not be allowed play if they don't show.
  • If someone leaves before sign ups end, you may replace them.
  • We will no longer accept changes to signups after the deadline.
  • If somebody tries to switch teams by misleading the Organiser they will be disqualified.
  • All games without VCOM Ladder will be discounted.

Gotta clarify one thing.

The bans are specific to tournament hosts in small cases. If I ban someone who pisses me off, thats my business. However in really serious cases it will be VCOM wide.
