Suggestion is No rush for few minuts like 15 min no rush or 20 min no rushing outposts

dont block store items lol, just warm players to not rush, by rush I mean focusing an outpost in early minutes. Attacking an outpost with a ram is not rush once is not a rush.

I meant the same. Just a warning will be given for earlier rush. In between i will pm each one of pl after setting matches.
