Hello everyone, are you good at using photoshop? Experienced in modding?
If your answer is "yes" to any of those questions you could help out in a large modding project!
1. What am I doing?
I am in the process of creating a Nintendo based mod, featuring all sorts of 8-bit characters from all the classics.
2. Why do I need your help?
I need your help because a large project like this is very time consuming. With your help or more help this project can become even larger and more advanced.
3. What can you do?
Currently graphics is the biggest job,what I need for them is several 8-bit graphics of any Nintendo characters, perhaps your favourites.
Age of Empire graphics are saved as .slp using SLP Editor I can convert multiple 8-bit bmp images into a .slp
Each graphic will need the following images (As a general rule use a minimum of 28 images for one section)
For the Standing Graphic
The unit should slowly rotate that means you need several front views, several turning views, several back views and several turning views to the front.
For the Moving Graphic
You need several graphics showing a slow movement.
For the attacking graphic
You need several graphics showing some form of an attack( I can also make units fire things if necessary)
Dead graphics
These are not needed but they add some extra detail.
Here is an example of .slp extracted into bmps this was taken from Donnie's jurrasic mod(I would be doing the opposite, turning the .bmps into a .slp)
This would fit under "Standing graphic"
Any help is greatly appreciated, as well as feedback, ideas hit me up!
