i m creating cba but aztecs is not spawning..idk why need help

all other civis do spawn..excebt aztecs

Compare your aztecs Spawn Triggers with this Scenario Trigger.

Sometimes it is order in which you create Effects or apply conditions which needs adjustment, Try to re-create the same trigger with different Effects order. AOE reads effcets from top to bottom, if 1 effect overlaps with other, the Effect in last will take place, not the 1st one.
