I'm sure you can use this to edit the data. You need to use a mod though. It isn't possible with just the editor. The AOK Heaven forums have much more information on modding and scenario design too compared to here.

You can change the speed with the UserPatch mod, but this means that the map can run only with Userpatch enabled.
