I know gates, towers, buildings give raze but i never get vills by destroying them & even after getting 1200 kills... ;nonono ;grr ;tears

You might have villager spawn turned off?

for every civ its diffrent when u get vill. so 1 raze isnt enough (only if ur mayans or britons).
